Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Through her extensive training, Dr. Patel has gained expertise in contact lenses, low vision, pediatrics, and ocular diseases. Additionally, she is a member of the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry and the South Carolina Optometric Physicians Association.

Dr. Patel and her husband, Gopin live in Fort Mill, SC with their two kids. When she isn’t busy helping her community achieve quality vision, she enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling.
